    What a great experience and product.

    First off, this company has AMAZING customer service. I had chosen the wrong band for the watch I ordered. They tried to reach out to me before the order shipped but got buried in spam emails. They ended up including the correct size band for no extra cost to guarantee I had an extra band that fit the watch I ordered. Thank goodness ,this was a gift for my girlfriend who just got into nursing school. Service like this is hard to come by these days and I’m grateful and impressed.

    I do feel though that the quality of the equipment is quite worth the price. When I searched online for the same products the total cost of everything included was half the price. For sake of convenience and guaranteed shipping time I opted for this product and I am not disappointed and don’t feel I waited my money, it was worth the customer service. Sometimes paying a little more to support a equitable business is worth it. 100% satisfied!
