Replacement for a long-time tool

My previous medilog watch (the second in 35-40 years) finally decided it was time to quit. I replaced it with the newest model. I really like it and was glad I could order the engraving from the manufacturer rather than trying to find a jeweler who would do it. The only negative was the previous two watches I had were a bit smaller (more feminine) and had a really nice band that had a gold band between two silver bands. This really looked like a piece of jewelry as I always wear the watch face on the inside of my wrist at the suggestion of a nurse. She told me that when you are on a gurney, often your hands are laying palm up. Wearing the watch on the inside of the wrist then is very obvious to first responders who immediately will look for the medical alert on the back.
