Your MICHELE watch is warranted by MICHELE* for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The MICHELE warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. A copy of the receipt and/or your completed warranty card is required for proof of purchase.

MVMT (watches) - 2 Year Limited Warranty

Movado (watches) - 2 Year Limited Warranty

Movado warrants to the original consumer that, for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, his/her timepiece or jewelry will be free from defects in materials and workmanship that prevent it from functioning properly under normal use.

Terms and conditions of the Shinola Quartz Watch Limited Lifetime Service Warranty

IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR YOUR SHINOLA QUARTZ WATCH WARRANTY YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERRABLE AND MAY BE VOIDED UNDER THE TERMS HEREOF.

1. The Shinola Quartz Watch Limited Lifetime Service Warranty covers all original series watches: Birdy, Canfield, Cass, Guardian, Omaha, Runwell, Vinton, Duck. This guarantee does not cover Detrola watches or Shinola Automatic watches.
   The Shinola Quartz Watch Limited Lifetime Service Warranty covers defects to material and workmanship under the natural useful life of the watch.
2. In case of defects caused by faulty workmanship covered by the limited lifetime warranty, any defective component (subject to exclusions below) will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of charge.
3. Exclusions
   1. All straps, including bracelets
   2. Movement beyond its natural movement life (7 years for Quartz Movements)*
   3. Battery
   4. Watch plating (PVD plating)
   5. Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear
   6. Water damage
   7. Pre-owned vintage watches sold in as-is condition
   8. Re-furbished watches

* 7 years from the original date of purchase or date of most recent “Quartz Service” by Shinola, whichever is later.
