For Speidel Brand Products

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange unless defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note any product engraved will not be eligible for return unless defective.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

For Non-Speidel Brand Products(Including but not limited to Movado, MVMT, Shinola, MICHELE)

Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange unless defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note any product engraved will not be eligible for return unless defective.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

A Return Authorization# is required for any product being shipped back.

A proper return authorization allows us to accurately process your account credit in a timely manner. Merchandise returned without the required authorization number will be refused and will remain the liability of the customer. Please call customer service at 1-800-441-2200 or email info@speidel.com to obtain this information.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless defective.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@speidel.com or call 1.800.441.2200.

 

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

With the ever-changing world of online shopping, we know that buying early is the key to making sure that the perfect gift is under the tree. Therefore, we are happy to extend our return policy for you. All Non-Customized Purchases from Nov 1st to Dec 6th will be able to be exchanged through Jan 6th. Anything purchased after Dec 6th falls within our standard 30-day window for Speidel products and 10 days for non-Speidel products. .
