Twist-O-Flex™ Band for the Fitbit Charge 5

Watchman that I receive was defective. I sent an inquiry to Spiedel about how to exchange it for one that is not defective I never heard back from them.

I would have given 5 stars but for the difficulty using the website.
Once I talked to a representative the service was excellent.
Love the band.

I really like the band and wish it would have worked out. Needed to have a link or 2 removed but couldn't find any place to have this done locally. I went to multiple jewelers and they said they don't work on the expandable bands any more and no longer have the tool to do it. Didn't want to send back then try another size since I have to pay for shipping each time it's returned.

I live these bands. I have them on every watch and smartwatch I own. I purchased this for my Fitbit charge 5 and excitedly went to put it on, but it would not click in. I tried for about thirty minutes to no avail. Frustrated I put it in the box ready to return it. Laur in the day I decided to mess with it some more. After about fifteen minutes I was able to get one side of the band to click in. Another ten minutes later I finally got the other side. I have no idea how I finally got them to click in. So far the band has been great just incredibly frustrating to install when it shouldn't be.

I have always preferred an expandable band for my watches. When I got my Fitbit I had to use a band that made me break out due to my hypersensitive skin. I was also not a fan of the clasp band since I find them hard to put on single handed. When I found Speidel had expandable bands for Fitbit I upgraded my tracker to one they had a band for and purchased the band. I have been over the moon with it. Easy to put on and no rash since it is metal rather than plastic/rubber blend. Thank you Speidel for offering a Twist-O-Flex band for my fitness tracker!
