Not what I expected

I have a Speidel silver faceted edge ID bracelet that I bought many years ago at a jewelry store. I love it and wear it a lot. I wanted the same bracelet in gold tone but could not find it in jewelry stores. I went to your website and found it! I ordered it but found that engraving was not offered. Okay, well I ordered it anyway. When it arrived, I was disappointed. Not only was it a much lighter weight bracelet, but the name plaque looked more like it was scratched not brushed. It was also too long. I almost sent it back but decided to keep it. I had a jeweler engrave it and shorten it. I am sure I will wear the bracelet, but it is not the same as my good old silver one. It's well known that things today are not made with the same care and quality as in the past, but Speidel was always known for well-made products. (I have pictures of the two bracelets, side by side, if you want to see the issues to which I have referred.) Sorry to send a negative review, but this is just not what I expected from Speidel.
