Men's Silver Tone Stainless Steel Medilog ID Bracelet with Compartment Plaque & Expansion Band
A LIFE-SAVING ID BRACELET
Medilog ID bracelets have the potential to save your life. Combining function and fashion, we have created a piece that is subtle and stylish on the wrist, but holds incredibly important information. It is designed specifically for those with health conditions by having all medical details engraved on the plaque to alert responders in the event of an emergency. It is exactly what the doctor ordered.
This men’s style in particular features a swing-out compartment plaque that holds additional information in waterproof form. It is available in silver, gold, black, and rose gold.
Our Medilog ID bracelet is designed specifically for those with health conditions that should be known in the event of an emergency. It features a smooth surface for your medical information to be engraved next to the symbol of medicine (caduceus).
How it works:
Emergency responders are trained to search for a medical ID on the wrist or neck. With your medical information on your wrist, you will effectively aid EMTs, nurses, and doctors in quickly diagnosing your condition so that you can receive the appropriate treatment.
This bracelet is made from stainless steel and is 6” - 8.5” long. Emergency wallet card and waterproof form included.

The medical data incised onto the band was supposed to stand out clearly in dark lettering. It didn't. Some letters were easily readable. Many were not.
Arrived on a timely manner. Very attractive. Fits a little tight around wrist, but otherwise nice. Thank You.
I would have given it 5 Stars except that the engraving is so very hard to read. It looked like it would have been much clearer in the photos on the site.
Very pleased with my purchase!!
I understood that there was a waterproof insert for the band, but I didn’t receive one. This band was large enough for myl husband, but just barely. Be sure to measure carefully. I didn’t, but I ‘lucked’ out. The band caused a mild allergic reaction the first day, but everything looks fine now. It looks great and the engraving is light enough that it doesn’t ‘shout out’ what the conditions are. Even though the descriptor says it’s silver it is gold - the finish I specified. I think the gold finish is very nice.
