The pocket watch and engraving are lovely, but when my husband opened his gift, he found that the battery was dead, so he had to buy a battery from a jeweler before he could enjoy it!

Speidel etched medical information for me on two of their stretch band bracelets.
I feel that the letters are too small, especially in an emergency situation where the EMT or Dr. may have to read that information quickly.
I am not satisfied with the result.

It’s been many years since I had an ID bracelet. You have made many changes and the bracelet I chose is a very nice one although I think I would have preferred a man’s bracelet over a woman’s bracelet. Nonetheless it’s still a very nice one. Being that it’s very thin I hope it will last a lifetime!
